Day 19 — Turning Away from Distractions

Scripture: Psalm 119:37

Turn my eyes away from worthless things;
    preserve my life according to your word.
Precept: God helps us turn away from empty things and focus on what gives life.
Reflection: Letting go of distractions allows us to see what truly matters.
